How long does each party last?

This varies on the package you have chosen. The Glitter & Pink package is 2 hours long, whereas the Tween package and Festival package  is 2.5 hours long. Please be aware we will arrive 45 mins before to set up and we will also need around 20 minuets to pack away at the end of the party.

When is the best time to do the birthday cake?

At the end of the party, once the pampering is complete.

Will there be time for food and snacks during the pampering time?

It depends what you have planned for food. Some people chose to a grazing table which the children can pick from during the party. Whereas some people chose to do a more formal sit down meal. If you're doing the latter,  please add some time  onto your party duration for this for once the pampering is complete.

What do I need to provide?

Somewhere for the guests to sit whilst having their foot-spas (most people use their sofa), a table for the face-masks and glitter station, access to a plug socket and some old towels for when the children get of the foot-spas. 

How does the deposit system work?

To secure your booking a £50 deposit is required which is then deducted from your overall balance. Your remaining balance is then due one week prior to your party date. Please note your deposit is non-refundable, however if cancelling your party and if you have given us over 6 weeks notice we would be happy to give you a refund. 

If you need to make a change to the date of your booking we will do our best to accommodate  this. In the highly unlikely event that we have to cancel the party you will receive a full refund.

What is included in the pamper party bags?

Included in each party bag is a satin scrunchy, an organic bath bomb, a nail varnish, a bracelet and a temporary tattoo. 

Are you insured?

Yes we are fully insured.

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Whitchurch Hampshire, but we are happy to travel up to one hour. Please note a travel expense will be added on for those locations more than 20 miles away from RG28.

We will soon be offering parties in the north west (Lancaster and the surrounding areas).
